How It Works
Step 1: Secure Payment Holding
We securely hold the payment in escrow until the purchased vehicle is delivered and you have had a chance to inspect it for up to 15 days.
Step 2: Free Return Option
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the vehicle, it can be returned at the seller’s expense. Car Shipping Australia will arrange for the vehicle to be picked up and returned to the seller, free of charge.
Step 3: Refund or Release of Funds
a) Unsatisfied Buyer:
If the vehicle is returned, we will issue a full refund to the customer within 24 hours of the return, with no additional charges.
b) Satisfied Buyer:
If the Buyer is satisfied after the 15-day inspection period:
- The Buyer signs the necessary documentation and notifies Car Shipping Australia.
- Once proof of satisfaction is provided, we release the funds to the Seller.
